I recommend the application developed by the Bell Labs.
It is one software to contact one person without knowing the person's contact infomation (and must in the way you defined for that moment).
It is called "Contact me my way" and derives from the combination of the notions of Web 2.0 and IMS.
I'm in the first round users and you can try this method to contact me when possible, and you won't need to know any of my contact info because it is dynamically, personally managed by the application user. 

For example between 9:00 and 17:00 I can define my way to be contacted is: contact me (9:00-17:00) and you publish it anywhere as you like (webpage, forum, word, PPT, PDF, Excel, email); for more example, I can define my way to be contacted during the meetings is: contact me (in meeting). In fact, you define the title as you want.

For your reference, here I list all my available contact ways but in fact I won't use them at once.
To chat with me in a multimedia way (If I'm available and you get a video-camera and microphone, too)
To send an email to my mostly checked email box
To leave me a video/voice message
To see my message board

These really works and it does protect your privacy and easy to manage your availability.
